Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unstack Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Notify us at support@example.com of any unauthorized use.
2. Organizations and members
The Service supports multi-tenant organizations. If you create or administer an organization, you are responsible for the members you invite, the roles you assign, and your organization's use of the Service. Members may have access to organization data according to their assigned roles.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its normal operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
4. Purchases, billing, and refunds
Unstack Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. On payment, Polar — which acts as the merchant of record — issues you an invitation to the private GitHub repository containing the source code. Where the Service offers organization-based paid plans, fees, seat counts, and billing periods are shown at checkout and in your organization's billing settings.
Refund policy: because a purchase grants immediate access to the full source code, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate — including infrastructure, email delivery, billing, and error monitoring. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for the list of processors.
6. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app's account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
